How do I place an order?
Our online shopping cart is easy to use and ensures complete accuracy of your order.
You can take advantage of discounts, enter engraving, and upload logos.
Online ordering allows us to process your order within 24 hours.
If you do not wish to order online, please use this order form and email it to orders@awardstudio.com or print & fax it to 928-223-1982.
Engraving information must be submitted in a typed format (online, email or fax).
Feel free to call us at 866-774-1997 with any questions, but please remember orders and engraving will NOT be taken over the phone
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders maybe canceled or changed before production has begun. Most orders are processed immediately. If engraving and/or production has already started, changes or cancelations may require a re-stocking fee and/or engraving fees.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We do our best to pack your items for safe shipment, but AwardStudio.com will not be held responsible for damage caused by a freight carrier. If an order arrives damaged due to the actions of AwardStudio.com, we will make every effort to replace the items.
In the unlikely event that an item or group of items are created with engraving or design inaccuracies, we at AwardStudio.com will do everything practical to correct or replace the item(s) in time for your presentation.
If AwardStudio.com is responsible for the error, we will insure prompt delivery of corrected items at no cost.
If the problem is due to customer error, we will again make every effort to correct the problem in a timely manner, at our cost plus shipping.

Can I return an item?
You may return some undamaged items purchased at AwardStudio.com within 10 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 25 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Engraved or imprinted items cannot be returned.
